Enrollment at NFCD

Services & Requirements

North Florida Child Development is accepting applications for the following programs:

  • Pregnant Moms Program (Gulf, Calhoun/Liberty and Wakulla Counties)
  • Infant/Toddler (0-3 years old) (Gulf, Calhoun/Liberty and Wakulla Counties)
  • Preschool (3-5 years old)
  • For Pay Services
  • Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) (4 years old on or before September 1 of the school year)

Multiple Funding Sources accepted:

  • Early Head Start
  • Head Start
  • Tuition
  • School Readiness Funding
  • VPK Voucher

The following documentation is required for all applicants:

  • Proof of Age (Crib Card, Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, etc.)
  • Immunization Record (Form 680)
  • Well Child Check or Physical Exam (preformed within the past 12 months)
