Services & Requirements
North Florida Child Development is accepting applications for the following programs:

Pregnant Moms Program (Gulf, Calhoun/Liberty and Wakulla Counties) -
Infant/Toddler (0-3 years old) (Gulf, Calhoun/Liberty and Wakulla Counties) -
Preschool (3-5 years old) -
For Pay Services -
Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) (4 years old on or before September 1 of the school year)

School Readiness Funding -
VPK Voucher
The following documentation is required for all applicants:

Proof of Age (Crib Card, Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, etc.) -
Immunization Record (Form 680) -
Well Child Check or Physical Exam (preformed within the past 12 months)
